Previous incidents

As part of routine maintenance to streamline the backend Marvelist code, a code regression was introduced that caused Marvelist API services to become unavailable.

This code update has now been reversed and Marvelist is operational.

Over the last couple of days you may have noticed that Marvelist has been acting quite unreliably, we want to let you know why, what happened, and what we’ve done to rectify the problem.

On Wednesday 5th June, at roughly 6.00pm we started to receive alerts from our monitoring systems indicating Marvelist was experiencing higher than normal request failures, upon receiving these alerts we started immediately investigating the problem.
